After meeting the client · Scenario 09
After a visit, do you still remember what the client said and what they promised?
Step out of the customer's door and use a 30-second voice note to say "who I met, what we talked about, how they responded"; the system organizes it into a visit record. If budget, decision-maker or next step is missing, it prompts you to fill it in. Verbal commitments become documented, and weekly reports and reviews no longer rely on memory.
Met three customers in one day. Back at the office in the evening trying to catch up on notes, the information in my head was already a blur: this customer said "I'll reply next week" — which customer was that? Who was present? Was budget mentioned? It all relies on memory, and a misremembered detail loses the deal.
Sales (speaking into phone): "Meeting the customer's business lead at XX this afternoon. They're using their current business system and say the budget is roughly Q1 next year. Next step is to set up a meeting with their executive in charge, and give them an answer by Thursday."
The system checks record completeness against visit review standards: decision-maker, budget, competitors, intent, commitments, next steps. Missing key fields trigger a prompt to fill them in — a deal without budget won't be treated as "confirmed" next week.
Visit debrief Make visits clear, records complete, and next steps explicit
Who you met, what you discussed, how they responded
Structured records, with prompts when key information is missing
The next step has an owner, a deadline and completion criteria
No need to go back to the office and fill in twenty-plus fields; commitments don't rely on memory
Visit notes go into the customer record, and the weekly report has a foundation automatically
What managers see is a factual record, not the salesperson's memory
Will speech recognition be inaccurate?
It organizes everything into a structured record for you to confirm — just change one sentence, much faster than filling out a form from scratch.
What about sensitive information the customer mentions?
Records take effect only after you confirm them; you decide what to write and what to keep. Tired of relying on memory after visits? Add us on WeChat to chat.
Where is your team stuck?
Relying on memory after a visit will eventually lose you deals. Send me your current record-keeping method, and we'll compare how to change it to voice-based traceability.
